CUSTOM WELDING
Powell Welding provides in-shop and mobile welding services for repairs, modifications, new construction, and specialty applications. Our capabilities include carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum welding, as well as structural repairs, equipment and pipe repairs, field modifications, and custom welding specific to the needs of the job. With fully equipped mobile rigs, we can perform work directly at construction sites, industrial facilities, aggregate and mining operations, oilfield locations, and commercial or residential projects.
FABRICATION
Our fabrication capabilities range from straightforward components to completely custom builds designed around the specific requirements of each project. With an in-house fabrication shop, CNC capabilities, and experienced welders, Powell Welding fabricates stairs, handrails, guardrails, platforms, supports, structural components, miscellaneous metals, process piping, stainless components, and specialty assemblies. We support commercial and residential construction as well as industrial, mining, aggregate, and oilfield applications, including new construction, replacement components, equipment modifications, and custom solutions for existing structures and systems.
Powell Welding provides structural and miscellaneous steel erection for commercial, industrial, residential, and specialty construction projects. Our field crews install structural framing, beams, columns, bracing, stairs, platforms, supports, handrails, guardrails, and other fabricated steel components. With both fabrication and field capabilities, we can also handle modifications and adjustments when existing conditions require changes in the field, providing continuity from fabrication through final installation.
STEEL ERECTION
LINE BORING
Powell Welding offers in-shop and mobile line boring services for heavy equipment and machinery used in construction, aggregate, mining, oilfield, and industrial operations. Line boring allows worn or damaged bores to be accurately restored to the proper size and alignment, including critical pivot points, pin bores, and other high-wear components. Our mobile capability allows many repairs to be performed where the equipment is located, helping reduce transportation requirements and downtime while extending the service life of costly equipment and components.
