Powell Welding is seeking experienced structural welders and fabricators for shop and field work. Responsibilities may include structural steel welding, fitting and fabrication, reading blueprints and shop drawings, miscellaneous metals, field installation, and erection support.

Structural welding and fabrication experience is required. This is not a pipeline welding position.

We are open to both W-2 employees using company equipment and qualified rig welders/subcontractors with their own equipment.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate structural welding proficiency and pass a weld test. Additional certifications and experience with rigging, forklifts, aerial lifts, and commercial or industrial construction are a plus.
